Le premier étage á droit (1st floor, right)
Small but "perfectly formed" would be an avid description for this lovely one bedroom apartment. And please be reminded that in France, the 1st floor is one level up, while the rez de chaussée is the ground floor.
The apartment has a grand salon with silk walls and all the original Belle Epoque wall decorations remaining. There is also a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom which provide everything you'll need for your holiday visit.
But make no mistake about it, it is the views that set this apartment off from all other local rentals. First, there is a lovely morning balcony from which you'll overlook the Mediterranean. The sunrise throughout the seasons is sensational and a wonderfully inspiring way to start your day. In the winter you have the vista to yourself but in season the fantastic yachts arrive and drop anchor on your doorstep.
The larger half-moon terrace faces south-west and gets sunshine from 10 AM to sunset. It looks onto the port of Beaulieu and the village of Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat. It also overlooks the orangery and gardens which are tended everyday by our local gardener. This is where you'll enjoy every meal while you're in residence!
Whether you are having breakfast for one, lunch for four or a party of twenty for an aperitif the terrace is an absolute delight.
